Covid-19

The 145th Annual Shepparton Show will operate in compliance with a COVID Safe Event Plan which has been approved by the Chief Health Officer at the Victorian Department of Health.

Our number one priority is to keep you safe during the Show, and that means things will run a little differently to previous events. In order for everyone to have a successful event, you will need to abide by these rules as they are designed to keep you safe.

Tickets

  • All tickets can only be purchased online via Eventbrite

  • Contact details will need to be registered for tracking purposes

  • Screening question will be part of the ticket process

  • Stay home if unwell

Scanning & apps

  • Contactless scanning of tickets will be used

  • You will have your show ticket scanned on entry and exit to the show

  • When entering the show, you will be required to check in via the Services Vic app

  • You will be required to check in at any food and beverage vendors you visit while at the show.

Distancing and masks

  • There will be venue and building capacities

  • There will be designated separate entries and exits to control traffic flow

  • Follow directions regarding the wearing of masks as described on Coronavirus Victoria website and where physical distancing is not possible

 

Hygiene

  • Wash and sanitise your hands regularly

  • Cough or sneeze into your elbow

  • All high touch areas will be cleaned hourly during the show and every 30 minutes between 11am to 2pm

  • Listen to and follow direction from PA announcements
